We are Literal
We're committed to the environment. Literally. No compromise.
We are aware of the enormous environmental impact of electricity consumption and the widespread misuse of important resources such as energy and water generated by the traditional hotel industry.
For this reason, at Hotel Literal®, we have firmly committed to more ecological and sustainable solutions, seeking to minimize the environmental impact and carbon footprint generated by our business model. Key to this was deep reflection and honest questioning of how we were using our spaces and how we could optimize them to better manage resources.
Sustainable Shared Spaces
At Literal®, we strive to create cohabitable spaces where lighting, temperature, and humidity remain stable at optimal levels for your comfort and relaxation. Spaces that would otherwise generate much more impact, as is the case in the traditional sector.
An example of this has been decisions such as concentrating toilet and bathroom areas in shared changing rooms or opting for a shared room model. Our design of semi-enclosed cabins and longitudinal dormitories overcomes many of the common issues encountered when sharing a room in terms of privacy and rest.
Ultimately, with this new approach, we are able to control spending in an ecological and centralized manner, making appropriate and more reasonable use of these resources.
