Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, as long as you selected a refundable rate for your reservation. If your rate is non-refundable, it cannot be canceled or modified.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 11:00 a.m. If you check out later without prior notice, you may be charged an extra fee. If you decide to extend your stay by one or more nights, please notify Reception in advance. Subject to availability.
Checkout is at 3:00 PM. We currently do not offer late checkout.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport? And from the train station?

Do you have a storage room where I can leave my luggage?
Yes, you can leave your bags on the day of arrival and departure. Ask us.
